Divya Wadhwa, a professional, competent teacher and soft skills trainer started Elegant Training Academy (ETA) on June 29, 2011. She has been in teaching profession from 18 years. She has taught in various educational institutions. She holds a double postgraduate degree with an M.A. in English from Pune University and M.Ed. from Mumbai University. She also holds certifications from various professional institutes. She had a vision to assist students overcome their weaknesses that prevent them from going above and beyond, allowing them to grow in this new-age environment.
She encourages students by inspiring and guiding them towards their goals. Be it language enhancement, personality development, pursuing education overseas, coaching students to themselves become guides and mentors, or helping people overcome their fears, concerns and stress that constrain or restrict them from moving forward.
She also provides opportunities to teacher educators, trainers, and practising psychologists and counsellors who have practical experience and understand the creative challenges of the profession.
